学名/ Botanical name : Cerasus serrulata ‘Nison-in’

シノニム/ Synonym : Prunus serrulata ‘Nison-in’, C. lannesiana ‘Nison-in’

英名/ English common name :  Cherry variety ‘Nison-in Fugenzou’

日本名 和名/ Japanese common name : ニソンインフゲンゾウ  二尊院普賢象

原産地/ Original : Japan


This variety was planted in Nisonn-in temple in Sagano, Kyoto, although original tree was died, variety was preserved by grafting by Mr. Toemon Sano, Cherry saver in Kyoto. The red-colored chrysanthemums type of cherry, and the number of petals is 80 to 150.
