日本花の会が八重紅枝垂れの実生個体から選抜・育成した桜ですが、八重紅枝垂れとは異なり枝垂れないようです。里桜類の八重咲品種と異なり、花が先行して開花するため開花時のボリューム感があり、長命の可能性が期待できそうです。
It is a cherry variety developed by the Flower Association of Japan from the selection of seedlings of Cerasus spachiana ‘Yaebenishidare’. Unlike the double-petal varieties of Satozakura (C. serrulata), the flowers bloom first from leaves, so there is a sense of volume at the time of flowering, and it seems that there is a possibility of longevity.
