葉が梶の木の形に似ているのでカジイチゴの名前がついたそうです。４月頃に、少し縮れたような白い花を咲かせ、７月以降に熟すと黄色い色になる木苺の１種です。熟すと甘くて美味しいそうです。
It is a Japanese species of brambles, related to blackberries and raspberries. It has palmately lobed leaves with large teeth along the edges. Flowers are white, and fruits are orange.
