I understand you live in Kagawa, Japan and want to acquire Cassava plant or seedlings for cultivation.
I recommend that you should to get them from inside Japan since plant quarantine problem.
I think there are some plant nurseries that can sell cassava plant, and they are mainly in Okinawa or near southern islands.
I recommend you try to find them from Google or search page using key words of
like “キャッサバ 苗 販売”. I found some shops or farmers who are selling Cassava cuttings, like, http://www.fantasiamax.com/?pid=122988149.
If you understand Japanese, please compare some shops selected in search pages.
I am afraid that winter is not good season to get young plants but I hope you can find some nurseries which can provide some materials.
