ルリカラクサは、種として園芸上ネモフィラ（英語で five spot または baby blue eyes ）と呼ばれ、春に薄水色又は白色の花を地面一面に咲かせます。最近はひたち海浜公園の一面のネモフィラの丘が有名になっています。
The flower is blue with a white center or all white, usually with blue veins and black dots near the center. In Japan it becomes very popular to cover flower bed or space paticlarly in Hitachi seaside park.
